About me

Kinesiologie and I

During my upbringing, my family deeply immersed itself in the world of alternative medicine, which exposed me to the field of Kinesiology from an early age. In 2023, I achieved my diploma in Kinesiology with a specialization in applied Physiology from Apamed College in Jona, Switzerland. Today, I operate across three different locations in Switzerland: Zürich, Bad Ragaz, and Grüsch, where my mission is to empower individuals in attaining optimal personal health and well-being.

I have a particular focus on Female Physiology, as I am dedicated to assisting women facing health challenges related to their menstrual cycle, pregnancy, or hormones. My curiosity about treatments for such challenges stemmed from my own gaps in understanding my cycle, bodily changes, and hormonal implications. After open discussions with friends and family, I discovered that the majority of women I spoke to encountered various health challenges linked to their female physiology. This has become a core focus of my treatments however they are still  open to everyone and can assist in resolving many health challenges.

My Work with Animals

Growing up in a family deeply rooted in alternative medicine instilled in me a profound appreciation for holistic approaches to health. While living in the United States, I honed my skills working with a diverse array of animals on a ranch, further nurturing my passion for the well-being of animals. Upon my relocation to Switzerland, I seized the opportunity to delve deeper into my passion by pursuing specialized studies in alternative medicine for animals in Germany.

Upon completing my studies, I faced challenges in establishing my alternative medicine practice for animals. It was during this period that I underwent a significant career shift, transitioning into the role of a dog trainer. Working as a dog trainer brought me immense joy, particularly in the realms of puppy training, young dog development, and behavioral training. It was during this phase that I truly comprehended the importance of fostering strong partnerships between humans and their canine companions.
